Star Car opened its doors in early 1957 and has remained in the same location ever since.  From the beginning, Star Car has remained a local family owned business with a wide customer base which relies mainly on customer referrals.  Our good reputation has made Star Car one of the top shops in the area.

Primarily a collision shop, Star Car has maintained a good relationship with many insurance companies and is currently a Service First facility for State Farm.  Star Car has also been involved in much custom work over the years, providing the car or motorcycle enthusiast with custom fabrication and paint jobs.  In addition to local work, Star Car has also participated in a joint project for the television show “Car Wars” which aired on ESPN2.

In order to keep up with the newest available products and technologies, Star Car has become a constantly evolving company which strives to give its customers a top quality repair using the best products available.  In the past few years alone, Star Car has acquired a PPG certification and purchased a modern computerized paint mixing system to ensure the best possible paint finish on your vehicle.
At the age of 52 years, Star Car has seen technologies come and go and has evolved decade after decade into a successful collision repair facility which proudly serves the community.
